Worried that the promotional mail you send doesn’t even get opened? Our Intelligent Mailer gives you the ability to fully customise your envelope with graphics, variable data and images.

With letterboxes over-saturated with mail, standing out from the point of engagement is becoming harder to achieve. The power of personalisation that goes beyond a plain text name and address, is undeniable. Testing shows response rates compared from static to personalised can jump from 3% to 25%. The more information you have on your customer, the more power you have.

Achieve more for less

It’s easy. The Intelligent Mailer is incredibly versatile. Simply start with the Self Mailer (envelope) and then tailor to suit your campaign. Intelligent Mailer’s can include a combination of:

Inserts used for flyers, letters, brochures or newsletters, inserts can be configured as 6pp DLs or stand alone A4s with each insert concertina folded (maximum 3 inserts).

Tip On used for business cards, reply paid envelopes, redemption vouchers, special offers, loyalty cards, you name it. Sizes can vary from 90mm x 40mm up to 145mm x 90mm.

R & D

A lot of blood, sweat and tears go into our specialised direct mail - and that's before we even go to print!

There are a number of factors to consider when coming up with the ideal DM piece - size, weight, substrates, the number of components. Are there moving components? Is it dynamic or static? How will it be delivered?

To overcome these hurdles our creative and production teams work closely together to come up with a solution that is both innovative and commercially viable. We start with a blank canvas. Multiple stocks are cut, folded and tested. Only when we have a working prototype, do we present to our clients and the mailer is skinned (creative applied).
