AutoSpec is an online specifications writing tool that allows architects to select products, specify them accurately and complete their project documentation quickly without the need for specialist specification writing skills.
As early adopters of AutoSpec and having worked closely with them to help develop the software, Hufcor embarked on a 3 month national campaign targeting architects across a range of disciplines. The aim was to promote AutoSpec as the time saving alternative to writing specifications.
From Hufcor’s database, a personalised Intelligent Mailer was sent to each recipient to give them a brief overview and entice them to visit their own Personalised URL (PURL). The PURL was used to gather more information about the architect – what’s important to them, their clients, how they like to be contacted, etc. – and personalise their experience.
As an adjunct to the brand awareness campaign, Hufcor were able to cleanse their database and find out valuable information on their customers and prospects so as to provide a more relevant offering.
